We want you to love your FAYT purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Start Your Request – Visit faytdiscount.com and navigate to the Returns & Exchanges section.
- Follow the Instructions – Complete the form and receive your return authorization.
- Ship Your Item – Pack your return securely and send it back to us.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items (e.g., discounted or promotional purchases) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
